DeRoNa 360 Pediatric Proximal Femur Derotation Nail consists of two parts in order to make an easy correction of the proximal femoral anteversion with controlled manner.
DeRoNa 360 is specially designed for proximal femoral region fractures, malunion, non-union and deformity corrections seen in child age.
DeRoNa 360 nail consists of two separate parts as distal and proximal parts which are combined with a connecting bolt after the desired rotation.
The serrated part of the distal and proximal nails enable correction deformities with a 10 ° angles increments.
DeRoNa 360 enables to prevent blood vessels damaging close to Piriformis Fossa with its application feature of the trochanteric entry point
DeRoNa 360 is designed to fit the child's bone anatomy on the sagittal and coronal view in the most convenient way.
There are 3 different DeRoNa 360 lengths as 100 mm, 125 mm, 150 mm; Distal part with 3 different diameters as; 8 mm, 9 mm, 10 mm and Proximal part with 3 different diameters as; 10 mm, 11 mm, 12mm.
